Longevity down the drain - Regional Sales Director MillerKnoll Employee Review

The politics and bureaucracy at Herman Miller, which remains (even though it’s now MillerKnoll), is toxic to say the least. The company does what appears right on paper - all in an effort to not upset shareholders. The Leadership Team has zero desire to listen to opinions or suggestions outside of what they believe to be the answer. Make no mistake, they will tell you they support you, promise the world and you will believe it, until there is an issue and they won’t even speak to you, they will turn their backs and walk away from any conflict or disagreement. Longevity at that company is no longer valued, they would prefer to erase the past and anyone that challenges the status quo.
