Pros
Commissions, 40 hours per week, nice coworkers and very nice gifts on Christmas.
Cons
You never get to know the CEO, nor in person, neither by a meeting via Meet or something. It shows he doesn’t even care. They don’t have a career path established. No salary raises. Poor leadership. They promise you to give you tools to grow, but there are none. Screen monitoring is ABSURD! Tons of micromanagement. They change your schedule whenever they want just to “be supportive with the company”. Lack of strategic planing. If you’re in sales, you can’t take your vacations between October and march, but you also can’t requests permissions to spend the holidays with your family. Leaders tell people to break relationships with their coworkers if they think that bond can damage the “environment”. It’s like being in high school again. Exhausting.
