Everything, what it once was in now a hollowed out shell taken over by individuals who appear to hate their drivers. Not only are they not concerned about their drivers they actually act like they're trying to make you quit on a daily basis. If you'd like to find out just how bad it's gotten since heartland express bought them out just go ahead. It'll most definitely be much worse than it is right now by the time you get there even if you hurry up and do it today. You've been warned, it's not what it used to be and you'll make very little and they'll try to steal that from you. Don't go by what millis transfer used to be it is no more.
