Toxic work environment - SOC Analyst I Milton Security Group Employee Review

As stated, it's a great entry level role into cyber security where you get exposure to SOC processes, tools, and technologies. You can use this role to springboard yourself to a more advanced role down the line There's a defined promotion path based on certifications and years of commitment. Flexibility - management will work with you if you want to be on a different shift or if you need to work remotely.

Scheduling issues - some people were flip flopping between swing/graveyard during the week. The salary was a little lacking but as it is a rather low level role, this isn't a huge deal. The more glaring issue is the lack of benefits.

Not much to say here.

There is no such thing as work-life balance at this company. You are expected to be invested in this company's success as if you were the founder, without any of the compensations. Constantly being yelled at by management.
