Pros
Mostly low stress if there weren't impending rounds of massive layoffs. It's easy to sit an earn a paycheck without using much brain power and you get free drinks and food. Great job for a recent university graduate who is just looking for a job, but not a career. The 35 hour workweek is nice, however.
Cons
Extremely inconsistent management - rules and goals change almost daily. Lots of favoritism and nepotism (half the people at the top are either related, non-relatives who sleep together, or just have been DudeBros since the beginning of time). These are uni guys who got rich young in life, but never actually matured. Oh, and a distinct lack of any females in positions of power at the top.
