      Pros

      I am a new employee at Mindfield and love what we do! The Executive team is transparent with where they want to take the company and my Manager is super supportive with all of my questions. * My team is amazing * We are all focused on a common goal * We make a difference * I also love the customers I work with

      Cons

      I love the flexibility to be able to work from home but it means that the office is sometimes quite.

      - Working from home since pandemic - Paycheques showed up - Supportive teammates who got it

      Cons

      - Bad leadership like really really bad leadership at the top - Good leaders either quit or get let go like recently - no regard for seniority - Constant changes with no meaning or basis in reality - never holding the right people accountable - leaders never taking accountability themselves - blaming recruiters for bad job deals when recruiters do all the hard work
