Pros
-Lower management and recruiters are great people to work with. -Little experience needed to obtain a position with Mindfield, if you interview well you will get a job. -Good location, close to many transit options. -Fun company events -Gaining office experience.
Cons
-Wage is very low, a second job is needed for a livable wage. -Benefits non-existent, MSP not covered either. -No room for growth unless you socialize "well" with upper management -Unfair targets and goals for individual recruiters, everyone has the same high targets per day, but it will be easier for some to achieve these goals than others. -Bonus structure is flawed and has not changed since it was implemented. -The biggest con of all, sadly there is way too much turnover here and at times many employees become very disgruntled, this becomes very draining on yourself even if you are normally a positive person.
