- Great Culture. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and more than willing to help. - Attitude of improvement. There isn't a race for promotions and no one tries to beat anyone else down to make themselves look better. The team is a team, and everyone is always trying to lift each other up. - Caring management. As a smaller company, I have had plenty of opportunities to work directly with the owners. They sincerely care about their employees and want to see them succeed. - Always something new. New projects are always rolling in, making the work day diverse and interesting. Overall, working at Mindfire has been an incredible experience.

- As a smaller company, the pay isn't as high as one might find elsewhere, but the attitude of mentoring and improvement help to make up for that gap.
