It is not unreasonable to think that one could close opportunities within the first 60 days of employment. Company procures leads from trade shows and maintains a sizable data base of leads to call on. Jr. sales roles maintain more longevity.

Extremely high employee turn over in very short time frames; under 5 months for sales positions. Candidates should do due diligence on social media, reach out to former employees for feedback, and question management intensively so that it is clear as to what the longevity of the role might be.
