Neither good nor bad - Software Developer Mindmill Software Employee Review

Great company. Recently they took the entire team to Singapore on the company's 25 years. I am with this company almost for 1.5 years and planning to settle here. Seriously, this is the best company I have ever worked at. However, they are also very serious about the work and if you know your job, you can really be happy here. The leaders and the sr management is also great.

Sometime, we had to stay back to support projects - this is a bit of pain! However, this ok as we need to support the clients.

Real R&D. So much to learn. So many people in the company who have been there since 20+ and 10+ years. Brilliant processes and training. Really take care of you. Firm policies. Every day there is a 1 hour grace time to come to office. Beautiful office.

Not a place for people who do not want to work / complain. If you are lazy, this is not a place for you.
