      You can get away with not doing your job (if you're that way inclined)

      Cons

      Management in the UK have no vision, leadership, empathy or control. Always top down decisions from HQ in China with no understanding of the UK market.

      Great leadership, superior Manager, awesome team. Opportunity to make a lot of money.

      Currently holding no contracts with IDN's so patience is needed in those territories without them.
