Pros
They pay, but the comp plan is geared to paying the top 10%. If you are on the 80% plan, you will make 100k. Also, make the sales rep pay GPO fees (3-5% per deal). It is built into the deal (not industry standard). Training program is embarrassing. Internal support is the absolute bare minimum
Cons
Toxic. ZERO growth model. This is not a company without vision or real leadership. They have changed management roles and territories every year for 7 years. Change is good when it is calculated. This is not. Reason? They do not have a system of checks and balances.
