Mindteck one and only worst company I have worked with - Module Lead Mindteck Employee Review

Don't expect anything other than what you got during boarding. Especially if you are supporting to Kolkata team from Bangalore, there are few managers who does not know the corporate culture and behaves like employees below working then are slaves and make them work for 15 hour per day and weekend also. But please deny from start itself to this kind of attitude. You will not be in their good book but you will have peace. Also if there is no project and you are on bench, immediately start searching outside. Because any minute they will ask you to put down paper. From my experience.
