Is this your company?

Pros

You will learn how NOT to treat people through witnessing and experiencing the emotional, reactionary, immature, inconsistent and aggressive behaviours emanating from the owner and his 2 main direct reports. Working environments should not be like this, however you can learn never to behave in the way they behave.

Cons

Long hours, zero autonomy, zero trust, manipulation of details to ensure owner keeps as much money and power as he can and the products just taste appalling making it a lot harder to sell. Unwillingness to learn from mistakes and learn how to behave in an acceptable and ethical manner lead to a hostile environment where people are treated very poorly, praise is non existent and there are no perks. Having sushi twice a year does not count as a perk.

Pros

Love the company and the culture. CEO is a visionary. Bright. Challenges you to do your best always. Great products.

Cons

The company is based in the UK so time differences make it sometimes hard to make decisions.

Pros

nice co workers, decent product

Cons

When I interviewed for the company I was completely mislead as I was told that there was an incredible opportunity for advancement and sadly that never happened. They gave me a good title but was paid and treated as a freelancer. I feel as though the title was the bait to get me to accept the position. Co workers were nice, product was good but a hard sell as it's expensive. CEO was at best difficult and everything was oddly secretive. All phone calls from the company came from a private phone number. STRANGE. I was never informed on the operation details of the product line. All the good people left.
