I had a great experience teaching and senior coaching! I formed great relationships with my swimmers and their parents, and with my colleagues. This was a hard job to leave!

Communication could use some improvement, especially when changes are made.

None, I am robust and have a great work ethic but this work place was truly awful.

Nasty boss, scamming to pay apprentice wage but not actually supporting apprenticeship. Extra unpaid hours, blamed for poor management and organisation of the company. No benefits, bonuses or acknowledgment.
