      You meet a lot of really wonderful people, learn a ton about our native species, and it pays well.

      Cons

      Since my position was essentially working on a farm, expect sudden change. Weather plays a huge role in how many hours you get.

      Job duties change daily with all the different types of work MNL preforms. Sites across the state and beyond lets you see places you would never see otherwise.

      Cons

      Bad streaks of weather hurts available hours at times.
