It's a relatively small staff these days, so you can know all of your co-workers: no wondering who someone is! Staff are generally supportive of each other, pitching in to help each other as necessary.

It's a relatively small staff, so the organization is very "flat." In theory, there might be three levels of position; in practice there's basically two: boss or not. So there's relatively little hierarchy -- but there's also little room for advancement in level.
