      Pros

      Freedom to be creative and have your own show! Family / team like environment. Great place to learn and grow in the industry. Management is very supportive of your goals.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there wasn't much of a budget for promotions. But that forced us to get creative and make something big with what we had.

      Offers flexibility if you reach your goals. Just introduced health insurance. 100% commission. Staff has LOTS of experience, so it's a great place to learn about the radio industry.

      Cons

      Uncontrolled internal politics. Comes with the territory of a small, local business.
