After being taken over by Indian management, the organization culture has deteriorated drastically. A recent addition to the toxic work environment is that organization is asking all employees to sign a contract which prohibits them to work for any competition company for at least six months from the date of leaving Minosha. This wont be told at the time of interview. So candidates should be mindful.
