Great experience to work here. Can get hectic sometimes but generally very manageable workload and expectations. Pay is decent as well.

The clientele can be pushy. Dealing with rude and impatient clients can be frustrating. People do not always abide by the mask policy either.

The showroom looks stunning. big brands on display.

They supplied cheap laminate alternatives instead of the promised top quality made in Italy, and what the client paid for. It was such a disaster. I felt so bad and ashamed in front of the client. Furthermore, the CEO demanded that I convince the client that it was a real Italian product. Obviously the company didn't pay compensation.
