-Low salaries. -There's no career, every year you need at least 4 years to pass from analyst to consultor and another 4 years to be a senior. That's 8 years to be a senior but's it's just impossible because every year they can only promote 2 or 3 persons and there's more than 20 person per team. -Even if you get promotioned, there's a low increment in your salary. The only way to get a good salary it's negotiating it from the begining if you have already experience. -From monday to thrusday the schedule it's usually 9am to 7pm -Some interesting projects, some really boring projects.. It's all about luck
