Pros
Leadership is very understanding and definitely helps out where they can. Even in the more busy times they still try to prioritize getting the best solution for the customers from their employees.
Cons
There's not that much that I could say that would be negative, just wish their were more opportunities to stay with the company after the holiday because the company is really great.
