I was bullied and harassed out of my job. I was set up for failure and was bullied by my team members and eventually by management. It began by me being wrongly trained by a girl and she then went on to purposely tell me the wrong information to create issues and set me up for failure. Another girl who I required information from also began to do the same thing. Then management began to bully me and create unrealistic deadlines to once again set me up for failure. I was constantly gossiped about and purposely excluded which reminded me of being back in my first year of high school with the level of gossip and immaturity that went on. I even had documents thrown at me, yes THROWN at me. Management did nothing about it. Critical parts of my work were intentionally withheld from me while I was ordered to do other duties well and truly below my competence. Team members and even management manipulated scenarios to create issues out of things that were not issues at all as an excuse to dominate and overpower me. Situations were manipulated where errors occurred through no fault of my own, yet management blamed me for those errors even though there was no possible way that I was to blame. Management and team members wanted me gone so this was the kind of behavior I had to deal with until I was forced out of the company. I was forced to resign so I had no grounds for a lawsuit. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. To elaborate more, here are examples of how I was bullied and what a typical day was like: * Intimidation - especially from management * Establishing impossible and unreasonable deadlines that set me up to fail * Withholding necessary, important information and intentionally giving me the wrong information * Assigning unreasonable duties and creating a workload which were unfavorable (in a way that created unnecessary pressure) * Spreading malicious rumors and spreading misinformation about me (from 2 girls in particular) * Undermining and deliberately impeding my work * Removing my responsibilities without cause * Blaming me for mistakes I didn’t do * Constantly being negative and criticizing me, belittling my opinion
