They talk big about their Website Development capabilities. Only those who are ready to say "Yes Boss" in every condition are treated fairly.

Joining this company was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. They hired me to supervise the work of 2 SEO professionals (when they ask for salary increment). At first, I was not aware of the dirty politics being played in the office. Soon, I realized the toxic environment and bootlicking culture in the company. They keep employees on the job as per their requirements of projects. They don't have their own products and services to sell. When all their major projects are done, they demanded a "performance report" from me. On the 28th of a month, they called a meeting and "accused me of doing freelance work" sitting me in the office at the instructions of a bootlicker. They digested my salary for the whole month. They are such a clever thug. After me, all employees working with me left this thug organization one by one in different months after taking their salaries. They threaten outgoing employees and never give FNF or relieving documents to anyone. They have digested the money of many of their former employees. They are also unprofessional to their clients. One of their clients from the USA called them the "biggest con" as they took money in advance from him and did not deliver the project even after one month. Don't join this organization. Unprofessional thugs will fill fill your mind with negativity.

1st thing, If I did not have to move away from Delhi, I would still be working with MintLogix, that's no doubt about it. Everything with MintLogix it was pleasure to work with. I enjoyed my stay here at fullest because not only of great family this has been but also the work culture and level of push to learn new things. My team lead Vikesh sir, always put his heart to make us learn new things. I heard about many companies providing cab / commutation facility if an employee stays late, but I here our manager or TL, goes with female employees to their home with a cab, making sure they have reached safely. It costs us cost from one side as well as other side. I loved the way they think and care for their employees. Occasional parties and meet ups are very very useful for all of us. I just loved this place.

Do they really have cons? I thought and I can remember one, that is they do not have lift in the building. Everything is just fine.
