Everything is toxic here at mintly

I was working for Mintly full time for 8 months and then rejoined the company as a freelance digital marketing consultant. The work environment is very positive, even when i was just 3 months old in the organization, i was asked for suggestions and some of mine suggestions were actually implemented. One will feel valued and respected at this organization. Management gives a free reign to be as creative as possible when approaching our work.

As i was working remotely, i faced some coordination problem with the rest of the team. As it is a startup, you need to put in extra efforts and hours of work. People wanting a 9-5 relaxed job should not apply.
