Pros
-Structured self-managed program that gives you exposure into many different types of law (litigation, pro bono, corporate, IP, health, etc.) -Amazing coworkers; all PAs are motivated recent graduates, most who are interested in legal careers -A LOT of respect from partners and associates -Flexibility to manage your own schedule however you want (PAs have no direct manager; they take on projects from different attorneys in their respective rotation) -Great work/life balance -Soft perks like your own office, occasional free lunches, receptions, etc. -Very strong PA network (PA alumni provide law school advice, etc. and go to HYS or other T14 law schools each year)
Cons
-Base salary should be higher but overtime pay (150%) makes up for it a little bit
