Pros
- Used to have a few good empoyees - Interesting problem statement
Cons
Just like most of my co-workers, I had my inhibitions about joining. However, I decided to take a chance given the fun problem statement, hoping to solve these challenges through the agency and ownership I would find as an early member. That being said, it is a complete waste of time. - The founders are micromanagers, extremely immature, egoistic, managerially and technically incompetent, disrespectful, very unprofessional (and more, all the antipatterns to good management) - Terrible work culture and a dysfunctional workplace, where politics and dishonesty are favored over collaboration, leading to zero outputs across all levels - No product or even a product roadmap. Short and long-term goals change every few days, and no effort is made to reach them—not output-driven at all. - The employee dissatisfaction rate is extremely high because of these reasons, evident by the massive attrition rate. There are several workplaces that have interesting problem statements that actually deliver value. I recommend joining these places instead.
