Good if you need a job - Office Manager Miracle-Ear Employee Review

You are in sales, you are not in medical. You are 10 different jobs in one with low pay and expect you to cold call a list of over 300 70+ y/o people. They want you to call, to email, to leave a voicemail every single time. Their marketing is awful and you are front and center. The big guys up in corpo do not care about you. They wanted to transfer me, when I said I have a life where I am with my partner and home and their only response was "well you arent married?" The hearing aid specialist at time treat you like they are your boss... they arent. They want you to take lunch breaks but god forbid you actually take longer than 30 minutes to eat and rest your brain. I was miserable and they pay is not worth. If I got paid more and could afford bills maybe i would have tolerated it more. Insurance was SO expensive as well. It would have cost me the same if not less to go get my own vs with the company.
