Pros
The office environment is great. There's always music playing, something is always happening and the people are very friendly and fun.
Cons
EVERYTHING ELSE IS AWFUL. The place is run by complete and total morons. No one knows anything but everyone wants to make their pointless opinions heard and implemented. If you're a conceptualiser here, you're basically the worst off. I don't know why they call it the "creative" department because they wouldn't know creativity if it did a head-stand in front of them wearing a clown-hat. There are close to no benefits - no LTA, a measly insurance coverage that doesn't even cover your parents, no internet/phone reimbursement - basically NOTHING. We were promised an MIS that I have never seen in the close-to 3 years of working there. The increments were AWFUL and the paycuts were never compensated for. There is no scope for growth, you could languish for ages with just zero addition to your portfolio. You're hired as a creative resource but you slowly realise that no one gives a crap about creativity. As long you close the deal, regardless of whether the ideas sold are something you hate from the bottom of your heart and done only because client said "screw your ideas, just execute mine", that's all that matters.
