We can't all make the decisions day to day as the constant requirement for total consensus on every decision or alteration can actually stifle real change and innovation, so someone does need to be the Team Lead or the Boss sometimes to steer the ship. It's a great point though - No-one should yell, ever. Yelling has no place in a work environment, unless you are an auctioneer or a circus ring master!
