      Nothing to learn. TLs think they are the boss. If you complain to top mgmt they nothing will do.

      Remote work with occasional but not necessary visit to the office. Very good hangout session Knowledgeable colleagues

      Cons

      Can be quite challenging due to the sect or fraction that exists within some members in some teams.
