No emphaty towards blue collar workers or customers. Heavy mobbing from management towards younger employees.

The only good thing is not working there

The manager demonstrated significant inefficiencies in leadership and team management. Despite lacking necessary skills and knowledge, the manager acted as though they were an expert in all areas. This attitude not only undermined team morale but also led to poor decision-making and mismanagement of resources. The manager often disregarded team input, leading to a lack of collaboration and innovation. Instead of fostering a supportive and constructive environment, the manager frequently engaged in bullying behaviors, further contributing to a toxic work culture. Bullying and Mobbing: There were frequent cases of bullying and mobbing within the company. Senior management and some team leaders constantly put employees under pressure and discriminated against certain individuals. Low Salary: The salary offered was significantly lower than the industry standard, which did not compensate for the high stress and demanding workload. High Turnover: Due to the stressful environment and poor treatment, there was a high employee turnover rate. Many talented employees left the company quickly. Lack of Support: There was minimal support from HR regarding the bullying complaints. Issues were often ignored or not taken seriously.
