The people there are not political and there's no brown-nosing or judging. I come in and do my best. I leave feeling like I did something good today. I'm only a contract employee, but seeing how the perm people act and react is refreshing. I'm glad there are still good companies that care about people.

My only con is I'm a contract employee. So I don't get the benefits that others get.

I've really enjoyed my time at this company. The work environment is positive and comfortable, and the people are truly some of the best I've worked with-friendly, supportive, and collaborative. Management is approachable and open to feedback, which creates a great team culture. My experience with work-life balance has been positive, especially with management being understanding and accommodating during challenging personal circumstances.

The company's continuous growth and efforts to streamline systems can sometimes make workloads feel overwhelming for some employees.
