Pros
Mission Edge has a fun, relaxed work environment that allows for a lot of flexibility with hybrid schedules. The staff is nice and respectful, and our clients are great too. We get paid volunteer time off and a few extra holidays (MLK, Presidents, for example). I think the biggest pro is that leadership trusts everyone to do their job, so there is no micromanaging and each person is given a lot of room to take responsibility and create their ideal workflows to solve problems.
Cons
There are a few growing pains, but they are good problems to have. We have a lot of work coming in, so we are trying to ensure that everyone maintains a strong balance as we start adding more people to the team.
