      Pros

      -We get 'Pat-On-The-Back' award for organizing trips. -Long breaks and tittle-tattle with soldering staff. -We get work on antique desktops. Very challenging.

      Cons

      -Innovation should be given at least some value/importance. -Keep the carton boxes out of the lab. And not only when we have a visitor. -R&D is hyped. Time to be honest. Let's accept we don't do real R&D. -IT should do something other than only formatting the PCs.

      Pros

      Family like a corporation. From managers to senior engineers, all were very helpful and understanding. Scope for learning and developing high analytical skills is vast in Mistral work culture and ethics.

      Cons

      The workload is hectic. Fewer times we had to put in more than the designated number of work hours to meet project deadlines
