      Sadly, dwindling pros to report at this time.

      Cons

      New regime has eliminated middle sector of management throughout the company which was NDT knowledgeable and replaced many with personnel with no NDT experience. Their efforts to change the culture is more of a dismantling of the company. Reduction in cost of personnel will temporarily reflect higher revenue margins but this will level off and I predict there will be a decline in market share. There is a significant increase in unsatisfied customers and employees in 2024. The experienced employees who embodied the original business mission are seeking employment elsewhere. Competitors stand to gain experienced and skilled employees who are ripe for the picking.

      Pros

      Awesome company with plenty of opportunities to get grow and learn. The Hiring process and training environment was great. You definitely feel like part of a team and feel like any concerns you have no matter the department will be addressed.

      Cons

      I honestly do not have any cons. This is a traveling career so if that is not for you just be aware of that.

      Pros

      - Long-term stability - Option to work remote depending on job - Can stay contained within a small team for more efficient work despite overarching corporate atmosphere (also job dependent) - Lots of good, honest, hardworking people there

      Cons

      - Leadership can feel disconnected, uninformed, and tone-deaf with decision-making surrounding products, teams, and messaging - Stagnant pay scale, no real ladder to climb with benchmarks and consistent pay increases - Inefficient communication and operation between cross-functional teams, leads to more friction working internally than it should
