Pros
Very kind, driven, and competent people in a few small pockets of the organization. Some amazing employees with 20+ year tenures who are true subject matter experts.
Cons
Avoid. Mitek has seen a steep decline in the past 5 years of my employment. The CEO continues to take pay raises while holding back employee compensation (stock awards & ESPP) for more than a year due to an inability to file paperwork with the SEC. Finally the CEO went silent on employee questions on this matter. The last straw for me was my direct manager (C-suite member) telling me I was unqualified for a promotion because I did not meet the diversity requirements for the role. There is zero ownership or leadership in the operations organization. Product, customer success, legal, accounting, finance, and IT have seen nearly 100% turnover of employees in the past 18 months which has led to an inability to execute and run the business professionally. Sales and marketing have out of touch "seasoned veterans" running the show. If you didn't work at FICO or ID Analytics then you aren't on the inside club. Time to move aside and let some fresh blood in. "Leadership" continues to throw money away by overpaying for business acquisitions that are nothing more than vaporware, while ignoring investment in existing, profitable products. DEI programs are pushed instead of focusing on getting work done. Look at the stock price, the NASDAQ delisting warnings, and the other glassdoor reviews and decide for yourself.
