Miter is a successful business that is growing very fast. Because of that growth we run into classic startup problems. Sometimes communication doesn't cascade to everyone because things are moving so fast. The urgency of the work we do is real and can be stressful. Dealing with that day in and day out can wear on you if you don't find balance in your day. Not a con, but more of a reality. This isn't a clock in, clock out job. It doesn't mean you need to work late into the night every single day, but you do need to care about the work you are doing.
