      Pros

      I was in an awesome team, Network Rail contract. They were very supportive and inclusive. I had a great relationship with everyone and Colleagues were always ready to help.

      Cons

      I think more could be done to support colleagues of ethnic minorities in terms of visa and recent immigration regulations. More should be done to try and keep them in the business.
