Lack of communication. Constantly 're-structuring' which means that everyone is fearful for their future. No pay increases this year and inflation only for the last few years. My salary has barely risen in 10 years of service, in fact in real terms most of us are worse off. The little person seems to have to bear the brunt of all the mistakes made at the very top.
