It was the worst leadership I've experienced, bad to the point that the CEO was running the day to day sales operations because he couldn't keep anyone in management roles. Operations were put in place to steal money from sales reps. If you ever want to know if people respect someone as a leader, ask the team he leads. In this case all of the answers would be the same. Don't let the reviews fool you. They were manufactured internally by the CEO. Also, the company no longer exists.
