Unfortunately, the company has been steadily declining since 2017, when a long standing contract was not renewed. This caused a huge knee-jerk reaction, when they laid off a significant portion of the workforce early 2018, which destroyed morale. Over the rest of the year, many decent employees jumped ship, including former CEO Russell Page.
During year-end 2018, it was announced that there would be no raises (including cost-of-living adjustments), bonuses would take the form of gift cards to our choice of store, and the PTO policy was dramatically reduced.
The second round of layoffs in early 2019 sent most of the rest of the decent employees scrambling for literally any other job.
The company "Mivation" was spun off from Imprezzio early 2019, as a last-ditch effort to shake off the bad press associated with the name.
