Pros
The company value their employees. Manegement understands the value of listening to what you need to succeed and acts upon it. Most definitely a good place to work as you feel part of a great culture and a honest company towards partners and clients.
Cons
Things can be very fast paced and unstructured at times. Not much unboarding, so you will need to be a good self-starter and good at managing your own time in general to be successful.
