Pros
Only pro was that you got to use their van with a fuel card. They play favoritism, office employees talk "poorly" about you and pretend to be nice. Can't trust HR with anything. Pay/work isn't guaranteed and not transparent. It's mechanics pay. There is no OT. Expect to work on your days off. Expect to still be working when it's 9pm. Expect to pay for your own tools one way or another. They dont show you what you get paid for. There is no time card with hours worked. They owe some employees money.
Cons
They do group hiring for a 3 week training class. They boast about teaching you everything in 3 weeks, but it's mostly just HR talking about fake customer scenarios. You spend little hands on time and they expect you to know everything. Don't ask other employees for help because they will just "complain" to the manager. When you ask to be shown how to do something, you get hit with , "just YouTube it". They rather employees just YouTube than actually show them. There is no career opportunity. No work life balance.
