1. .If you have just passed from college n haunting for some job. Then it is good organisation to start carrier till max 1year only. 2.Good to work on ones self learning department. 3.Good at co curricular activites .
Cons
Some Major highlighted cons, that really need to be worked by the organisation. 1. No training and induction system in the organisation. 2.if you can't entertain yourself in the learning terms then this is the not right place because no manager or mentor will be allocated for you. 3.Typicsl sort local 'Baniya' shop no carrier advancement,no growth , no market credibility. Only four management company owner will demand from you bring business...in local language 'dhandha lao bus'. Even don't bother whats your profile or desigination. 4.Toyally under pay to employees as per the industry norms... thats why hire freshers only. 5.Lack of mission and vission. Don't have any set of strategies. 6.Love to work over 7-8 years old technology .Even then also n number times get fail. You cant give suggestions to them...if you tried then you will be in the bad books. 7.Dont know what work has to be allocated to the employees...any field desginated employee totally doing different set of works from its KR. 8.Increment is even low as per the industry norms.. 9. The company willtreat you like the daily casual worker.doesnt matter wether you are educated professional or not. 9.Dont bother about your peraonal life if you have any personal problem ...they doesn't get affected...totally heartless people. 10.No work, No organisation structure, no knowlege sharing ....only useless politics. 11.Organisation filled with totally ball lickers and jokers. There are lots of some more cons,want to know.So you have to come down to momagic and have to work with momagic.. This above line would be better if written in the pros side. So Think n contact to ex employees via social mediums before joining.
