Pros
Get a paycheck for not doing anything or showing up to work. Nicely designed office space makes you think this is a legitimate business (perception is reality).
Cons
No leadership, majority of the employees there are a joke. No one knows what their titles are or what they're being paid to do, but hey, they're getting paid. We were promised bonuses and other incentives which were never paid out. CEO doesn't believe in hierarchy so there's absolutely no communication and a few instances where someone was hired and then let go the same day or week because it wasn't authorized. Company is always changing direction and there's no career growth or room for advancement, reviews, or bonuses.
