Commission structure little bit tricky

There have been a lot of improvements over the year I've worked for for Mobile City. The company is in a growth phase and they have new people top down. I personally love the owners, they have always treated me fairly and like a valued employee of the company. I have never been advised to lie to customers. Paras (one of the owners) has always pushed for complete transparency since we offer the best values around anyways. There's no need to lie. There was a BIG change in commission a few months ago and most employees are making well over a G or 2 - if they're any good! My DM is always there when I them, and I've even been promoted twice since I joined. I seriously have no complaints!

Only 30 minutes for lunch. Holidays are long hours.
