Pros
Easiest interview of my life. I believe I was asked 2 questions when I was hired out of college. Their was a high demand for field work and thy were taking as many bodies as possible.
Cons
Work-Life balance was nonexistent. If you have a close-knit family or relationship find another job. Endless overtime at one point which sounds good, but prepare to spend a lot of time on the road and alone; they will send as few resources as possible even if it means keeping one person out of state for a month rather than 2 engineers for 2 weeks. In states where a driver is not required you will be working maintenance windows (10pm-4am) in an unknown environment ALONE. A "good job" is the best you can ask for in terms of recognition. No defined path to promote. Training to excel to a job in the office/locally is nonexistent.
