Unfortunately, the structure of this company has baffled most employees over the past year. People are not getting paid correctly, we cannot get accurate sales reports based on commission, we've been led one way when told to go another, and so many other issues that I don't have the time to put into words. (i.e - We are working in a store with deplorable conditions as it is above 80 degrees & it's been over a week) I have really enjoyed my time working for Cricket & I have become one of the best in sales as an individual and as a store. I truly wish that it did not have to come to this. I've learned so much during my time here - I hope that you stop and see where the problems lie in order to stop losing people that are assets to your company. Again, Thank you for the time that you've given me as I will take what I've learned and continue to grow while expanding my opportunities to a company that appreciates their employees. Going Above and Beyond for your employees should be worth a little more than Mobilelink likes to takes credit for. - Part of my Two Week Notice
