Pros

Owners made us write good reviews about the company all on August 15th. I feel this company has has no Ethics and they keep digging a deeper hole for themselves. You should never force your corporate employees to write good reviews, moreover the reviews from the FIELD is what the true testimony about your culture. Lets face it I know and you know that you have HORRIBLE, TOXIC CULTURE and you DON'T CARE about anyone one but your family

Cons

Well I am looking for another job because I cant be part of this horrendous culture and lying owners.

You never know what situation is going to walk in the door for you to help. Weekly training. Fast paced and fun work environment.

Cons

Unlimited potential for growth and success as long as you put the effort in each and every day.

Pros

-Decent pay with commission structure -There are some great people in HR, LP, Strategic

Cons

-Most leadership doesn't stick around for more than 6 months. -More than half the stores are put together or problems fixed by unlicensed vendors -Hard to get maintenance issues resolved especially high priority items like heaters & air-conditioning. -Costant "never a good job" mentality even for top performers -Lack of understanding of needs from corporate office to the field -Little or no support for events, even grand openings, paid out of pocket for most. -Often bought supplies for locations due to 3-4 week turn around times. -Reviews after main leadership was eliminated became belittling rather than constructive for growth
